Information on drilling rigs

The drilling torque is designed for drilling vertical and inclined (from 0° to 30° in steps of 5°±30° to the vertical) wells in open-pit mining in rocks with a strength coefficient of 4 to 20 prof. M.M. Protodyakonov, as well as other drilling works and set the basic requirements for SBW in climatic version Y, HL, T on GOST 15150.

The main SBW parameter is the nominal diameter of the well to be drilled or the type of size.

The SBS in our company are manufactured in the following sizes:

• 1 light type - SBW-160/230, SBW-160/200D

• 2 medium type - SBW-250/270

• 3 heavy type - SBW-290-320 KP, SBSH-270 KP D.

The SBS symbol shall include:

• Drilling type SBS - drilling piston - SBS;

• letter designation of modernization options - MNA or other, where MN - modernization of SBS;

• A - Mark of modernization (A, B, B, etc.);

• Depth of vertical boreholes in metres

• Type of SBW for mounting the engine room to the running track: light and medium type of attachment is not specified; for heavy type, frame and platform type, KP;

• Primary engine type: electric - type not specified, diesel - D;

• Dust control system: dry - C, wet - M;

• climatic design - according to GOST 15150;

• specification of these specifications.
