• The Policy on Processing of Personal Data (Next - Policy) is aimed at protection of rights and freedoms of individuals, personal data of which is processed by the Limited Liability Company «Rudgormash» LLC (hereinafter - Operator).

• The policy is in accordance with para. 2, para. 1, of the Constitution. 18.1 Federal Law of July 27, 2006. - 152-FZ «About personal data» (Next- FZ «About personal data»).

• The policy contains information to be disclosed by Art. 14, para. 1 of F3, «About personal data», is a publicly available document.

• The Operator shall process personal data on a lawful and fair basis for the performance of legal functions, powers and duties as the exercise of rights and legal interests of the Operator, employees of the Operator and third parties.

• The operator receives personal data directly from the subjects of personal data.

• The operator processes personal data in automated and non-automated ways, using and without computer facilities.

• Personal data processing activities include collection, recording, systematization, stockpiling, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, transmission (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, disposal and destruction.

Customer Personal Data Processing

• The operator processes the personal data of clients within the framework of legal relations with the Operator, regulated by part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation dated January 26, 1996. - 14-FZ, (further - clients).

• The operator processes the personal data of customers for the purpose of compliance with the norms of the Russian legislation, as well as for the purpose of:

• The operator processes the personal data of clients no longer than the purpose of processing personal data requires, unless otherwise stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Information on personal data security

• The Operator assigns the responsibility for the organization of the processing of personal data for the performance of the obligations stipulated by F3 «About personal data» and normative legal acts adopted by it.

• The operator applies a set of legal, organizational and technical measures to ensure the security of personal data to ensure the confidentiality of personal data and their protection against unlawful actions:

  • Provides unrestricted access to the Policy, a copy of which is available at the Operator’s address and can also be posted on the Operator’s website (if available);

  • In compliance with the Policy, approve and implement the document «Regulations on the processing of personal data» (Next - Regulations) and other local acts;

  • Familiarizes employees with the provisions of the legislation on personal data as well as with the Policy and Regulations;

  • Provides employees with access to personal data processed in the Operator’s information system, as well as to their material carriers, only for the performance of work duties;

  • Establishes rules for access to personal data processed in the information system of the Operator, as well as ensuring the registration and recording of all actions with them;

  • Assesses the damage that may be caused to subjects of personal data in case of violation of F3 «About personal data»;

  • Identifies threats to the security of personal data when processing them in the Operator's information system;

  • Applies organizational and technical measures and uses the means of information protection necessary to achieve the established level of personal data security;

  • Detect unauthorized access to personal data and take response measures, including the recovery of personal data modified or destroyed due to unauthorized access;

  • Assesses the effectiveness of the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data before the Operator’s information system is put into operation;

  • Performs internal control over compliance of processing of personal data of FZ «About personal data», adopted in accordance with it normative legal acts, requirements to protection of personal data, Policy, Regulations and other local acts, Includes control over the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data and their level of security when processing in the Operator’s information system.

Rights of subjects of personal data

• The subject of personal data has the right:

  • To receive personal data relating to the subject and information relating to their processing;

  • To clarify, block or destroy his personal data if they are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;

  • Revocation of consent given to the processing of personal data;

  • The protection of their rights and legitimate interests, including the compensation of damages and compensation of moral damage by the courts;

  • Appeal of actions or omissions of the Operator to the authorized body for protection of rights of subjects of personal data or in court.

• In order to realize their rights and legitimate interests, subjects of personal data have the right to apply to the Operator or to send a request in person or with the help of a representative. The request shall contain the information specified in para. 3, art. 14 F3 «On personal data».
