On March 13, Rudgormash Company Personnel Directorate joined the Committee on Personnel Policy and Entrepreneurship of the Voronezh region's Chamber of Commerce and Industry.  Committees of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Voronezh region are public platforms created on the initiative of entrepreneurs on a sectoral basis and ensure a constructive dialogue between business and government.
The activities of the committees are regulated by the Charter of the Chamber of Commerce of the Voronezh region and the Regulations on the work of the committees, which thereby contribute to the implementation of the main mission of the Chamber - to be a link between business and the authorities.

The committees operate on a pro bono basis. At the committees' meetings, industry problems are discussed, and proposals are made to state bodies of executive and legislative power.

The Committee on Personnel Policy and Entrepreneurship of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Voronezh region carries out its activities in several directions:

• Providing overview information on the state of the labor market of Voronezh
• Help companies with recruitment
• Assistance in labour law disputes and labour disputes
• Ensuring interaction between educational institutions and Voronezh companies.

For our company, joining this Committee is an opportunity to receive information, contacts, and assistance in various controversial personnel situations. Also, we now have the opportunity to bring the personnel problem of our enterprise to the authorities and to participate in legislative initiatives related to the labour market.
